A short series of four fairly large paintings depicting scenes of particular mountains around Belfast back in the 1950s called Laetha Geala M’Óige (Bright Days of My Youth). They were shown at Cultúrlann Mhac Adam-Ó Fiaich. Through some misunderstanding with the organizers, when the show finished, two of the four paintings mysteriously disappeared! They may have been sold but I have no record of those sales. All I have left of the two lost paintings are photos reproduced here.
